Gym Induction: On arrival you will be greeted by a member of our dedicated fitness staff who will work out an individual programme based on your fitness level and goals. Programmes are regularly updated including advice on nutrition & which group exercise class may be suitable.
12 Week Health check: Analyse your current health & fitness. We cover blood pressure, body fat, BMI, flexibility, endurance and more. Based on the results our experienced instructors will prescribe a programme to help reduce and combat any health / fitness problems detected.
